Minimum Orders & Shipping Information

• No minimum order
• Free Shipping Order Minimums (standard ground shipping) 
  • Atlantic Canada: $200
  • Ontario & Quebec: $275
  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta & British Columbia $350
  • Territories: $600
• Flat Rate Shipping Fees within Canada (standard ground shipping):
  • Atlantic Canada: Orders under $200 = $20
  • Ontario & Quebec: Orders under $275 = $25
  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta & British Columbia: Orders under $350 = $35
  • Territories: Orders under $600 = $60
    
• Orders to the United States:
  • We are currently not offering flat shipping rates or free shipping levels to the USA as a result of the tariff uncertainty & the de minimus exemption being cancelled.
  • If you would like to place an order please contact us to make arrangements.
  • You will be responsible to pay the actual shipping fee & any duties that may be applied to your order. 
  • If the order does not get to you successfully & is shipped back to us we will refund the value of the order minus any shipping, duty or other fees we may incur.
  • This will be our policy for orders to the USA until the trade relationship between our two countries is stabilized.

About Our Products 

• We create for folks with scent &/or chemical sensitivities
• All are gluten-free, nut-free & contain no latex allergy reactive ingredients
• Most are vegan (except the five with honey or beeswax)
• All are handmade in small batches high quality ingredients
• Unscented products are stored apart from essential oil scented ones

• We promise all of our products are tested on ourselves, family members (including grand babies!) & friends.
• We promise to never test any product on animals, even ones designed for pets. We test them on ourselves, family members & friends, too!
• We promise to make sure you & your customers are 100% satisfied . . . if there is any problem with your order or a product let us know & we will make it right.

Where We List

• We only sell at wholesale rates to registered businesses.
• Our goal is to be as accessible as possible. We do not offer exclusive territories. We believe every business has its own customers, which has been proven over time by geographical clusters of businesses that all successfully sell our products. 

Order or Items Missing or Damaged

• If your order is missing, notify us within 14 days of the shipping notification (or 2 days of delivery notification, whichever is sooner). 
• If your order is damaged or missing items, notify us within 2 days of the delivery.
• Please send notification to wholesale@soapnovascotia.com along with your order number, the details of the issue & photos (if damaged).

• Payment is due before an order is shipped.

Price & Case Lot Policy

• We do not compete with you. Each identical product we offer at wholesale we sell at our suggested retail price (except for occasional specials).
• Our SRPs are simply that, a suggestion. You set your retail prices.
• Our SRPs are 40% margin based on regular wholesale price.
• All products except minis are available in individual units.
• Full case lots are not required.
